There can be only one - to be found on top on Google & Co. related to a keyword. For sure everyone wants to see his website on top - and because of that a challanging competition is running world wide.
To be on top of the search results on Google & Co. is possible, but depending on number of factors wich are limited affectable, only. Also, Google continuously tries to identify manipulations and will delete websites from its index without notice.
